For more than 20 years, I've built my career around one simple belief:

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in executive leadership roles within the music industry, consulting with entrepreneurs and growing businesses, negotiating deals, developing talent, building strategic partnerships, and helping people uncover opportunities they didn't even know existed.

While the industries have changed over the years, my mission never has.

If there's one thing I've learned throughout my career, it's that success rarely comes from doing more.
